Call to Action to Occupy Wells Fargo Bank Officers With Lawsuits

San Francisco-A San Francisco Media Activist, Jackie Wright, is making an appeal to all homeowners and those affected by foreclosure to "Occupy" the Banks in Court.  Wright is urging people to take individual action and file lawsuits in their state and federal courts legal actions against Wells Fargo Bank and other banks and their officers for its duplicity in the financial melt down of the United States of America.

“The Prophet Habakkuk has exposed the condition we face ‘they rejoice as those feeding on the poor in secret.’  As surely as greedy executives gathered and toasted among themselves over the schemes to defraud the poor, the corporations they gathered within and the individuals must be made accountable for their actions,” said Wright.  “My one individual lawsuit may be ignored and easily dismissed by the courts but as millions across this nation take their power and hit Wells Fargo where it hurts in the pocketbook as they face the people they have brutalized, they will have to pay attention.”

Wright filed her suit in U.S. Federal Court and California State Court, December 7 2011 and is representing herself.  “For those with lawyers they can pay, take action as soon as possible.  You may even be able to find a pro bono lawyer who is committed to social justice.  Ask yourself, “What do you have to lose.”  Your home, dreams have been robbed already or are about to be.  Take action using the laws of the land.”

In the court filings Wright charges racketeering, unfair business practices, collusion between the courts, service agents, real estate agents, county officials and the bank, false advertising, & unfair handling of “cash for keys,” Feasting on the Poor In Secret by betting on home loans on the stock market, Blackmailing media for advertising dollars to keep the truth from being told and false advertising.

“So much attention is given in the media, of corner store robberies in minority neighborhoods, while respectable looking bankers have stolen our land and dreams,” said Wright.  We must make the banks pay for their Simon Legree Highway Robbery! It’s the American thing to do.  Everyone is equal under the law, right?  One vote, one voice, so I cast mine to see it’s true or whether big bucks buy justice or rather, buys injustice in America.  Don’t ask permission to bear arms.  Use your individual rights. Take action now!” 

Wright is not a lawyer.  “I urge people to “Occupy the Courts.”  Stop just camping out on the streets, occupy something that will affect the pocketbook of the banks and corporations and make them accountable,” said Wright.  “I have flung a rock at Wells Fargo Bank and it will be the power of the Lord God Almighty that makes my efforts effective.  Others may have another giant to slay.  I just call for people of America to wake up and use what is in their hand to do.  Use the laws of our land before lawmakers remake them to subvert justice.  If we find we can’t find redress in the courts, we will truly know America has been sold out.”

Beginning the journey in the courts, unemployed since being laid off January 8, 2007, Wright is filing "in forma pauperis" in federal court asking for a waiver of the filing fee.  Wright will have to find a pro bono lawyer or raise funds to keep her fight for justice in the courts alive.

On December 17, 2009, a week before Christmas, Wright witnessed nearly 100 people led by SEIU  (Service Employees International Union) protesting foreclosure.  It was sadly noted not one major corporate media outlet reported the action.  There was no San Francisco Chronicle; No San Francisco Examiner, No San Francisco Business Times, No KPIX, ABC 7, NBC 11, KRON, KTVU, KCBS Radio, KGO Radio.  This was an early indicator that the ubiquitous advertising of Wells Fargo Bank is affecting news coverage.  If actions like this had been reported Wright said "the 'Occupy Movement' would be camped at the right place, on the steps of those responsible."

"Not only has this country's financial stability be affected, the Fourth Estate is crumbling and a press encumbered with fear can't be a "Free Press" and we as a result will not be a "free nation" with justice for all."

“Right is right and right don’t wrong nobody,” was often spoken to me by my great-grandmother Nora Henderson.  As I look at the facts surrounding my state of homeliness that was produced by

Wells Fargo Bank and its officers and board of directors, Alvarado & Associates, LLP (Raymond G. Alvarado, Esq. SB #50003 and Steven M. Lawrence, Esq. SB# 150861), Delta Ranches and Homes, the City of Antioch Mayor and Council and, the Contra Costa County Superior Court, the Contra Costa Board of Supervisors there was no “right “ in their individual and collective actions and so I have suffered emotionally, financially and physically.  As a result I plead my case to the courts of the United States of America Pauper Forma to see if righteousness can stand penniless before the courts and billion dollar corporations and those that are financed via the suffering of others and prevail or has the United States of America been sold out to the point that only those with financial superiority can prevail in the courts?

Whereas, Wells Fargo Bank was among the banks that received U.S. Taxpayers dollars in a very timely manner to save it’s business and proceeded to give executives bonuses on the backs of the poor people in the U.S.;

Whereas, Wells Fargo Bank pleaded before Congress to get taxpayers dollars, yet turned a deaf ear to one in worse financial straits than Wells Fargo;

Whereas, Wells Fargo Bank foreclosed on 2509 Johns Way, Antioch, CA where I resided in the county of Contra Costa did so with unfair business practices;

Whereas, Wells Fargo Bank had agreed to a short sale of my residence which the United States of America government had encouraged banks to do;

Whereas, Wells Fargo Bank although it had agreed to a short sale process and a sale was on the table, Wells Fargo executives proceeded with the foreclosure in the midst of the deal and began the process that resulted in my homelessness;

Whereas, Delta Ranches and Homes a representative of Wells Fargo Bank offered no more than $500 to me in the process they call “keys for cash” yet Wells Fargo Bank has provided “others” in the same situation amounts that were in alignment of what it takes to move in California;

Whereas, Alvarado & Associates, LLP began postings on my residence demanding I move without giving conversation no correspondence to the specifics of my situation;

Whereas, Alvarado & Associates, LLP hired local court filers who were familiar and well acquainted with the Contra Costa Court employees who were friendly with the court filers who did not give the same service to this plaintiff who was not familiar with their procedures

Whereas, there are unjust weights as a person without means of a lawyer and who has not the daily dealing with court employees resulting in unequal service;

Whereas, the Contra Costa Court Judge, whose ties with Wells Fargo Bank should be investigated, ruled against my plea for even a few days to keep me from being locked out of my residence without my personal belongings,

Whereas, the Contra Costa Court system unfairly favors corporations in its timing and rulings moving swiftly on behalf of corporations giving little time to the individual who has no money to deal with corporations who can hire law firms;

Whereas, the City of Antioch and Contra Costa County recipient of U.S. Taxpayers dollars to help those in foreclosure gave no response to my plea for assistance;

Whereas, United States law is based on Judeo-Christian scriptures which state “Do not enter the fields of the orphan or widows lest the Lord Your God Avenge them,’

Whereas, The United States Army knowingly sent into battle Sp5 Wyley Wright, Jr., an only son the father of four resulting in his death in Viet Nam, March 9, 1964 while honor guard for Secretary of Defense McNamara due to the incompetence of a pilot as recorded in the Gold Book and incident 62-01961;

Whereas, I as the oldest of the four children of Wyley Wright Jr. stand in my suffering state as a result of the laws of the land and the condition of our country that has allowed corporate greed to erode

the rights of “salt of the earth people” and have brought us to what the Prophet Habakkuk stated “they rejoice as those feeding on the poor in secret;”

Whereas, Wells Fargo Bank Board of Directors and Wells Fargo executive were asked to institute an alternative to allow time, even using their foundation to create an economic engine utilizing social services to generate funds for the mortgage of 2509 Johns Way, they did try to work things out with the “Kinsman Redeemer Foundation” and I was locked out of my home;

Whereas, my humiliation, stress and suffering culminated the night I came home from an evening of helping the San Francisco Economic Opportunity Council’s Youth Mentorship Program to find out that I had no home;

Whereas, Wells Fargo Bank is guilty of false advertising in that it gives the illusion of helping people with the American Dream yet it has been a nightmare for millions and it’s advertising does not align with the realities of its unfair business practices;

Whereas, Wells Fargo Bank has undermined  “Freedom of the Press” by advertising with corporate media that in turn does not cover the banks negative press as in the incident recorded at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WOlPCh6cqtE

Whereas, Wells Fargo Bank has undermined my professional work by ignoring my requests to do business with the company as a means to help generate funds that would not only assist community but generate money to repay the bank;

Whereas, Wells Fargo Banks duplicitous banking practices are evident in the media showing that to generate a profit at the expense of the poor;

Whereas, Wells Fargo Bank’s unfair business practices have brought great injury to me and my family and millions of other Americans;

Whereas, Wells Fargo Bank and its agents must be brought into accountability and are not above the law;

Whereas; as stated U.S. law is based on Judeo-Christian law, it is noted here that there is an even higher authority that has written:

Now listen, you rich people, weep and wail because of the misery that is coming upon you. Your wealth has rotted, and moths have eaten your clothes. Your gold and silver are corroded. Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. You have hoarded wealth in the last days. Look! The wages you failed to pay the workmen who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty. You have lived on earth in luxury and self-indulgence. You have fattened yourselves in the day of slaughter. Holy Bible, James 5:1-5

I plead before the Federal Court to do its earthly duty and hear my cries to redress the egregious actions that Wells Fargo, Alvarado and Associates, Delta Ranches and Homes Company, City of Antioch, Contra County Board of Supervisors, the Contra County Superior Court in a jury trial.
